ProForce Tombstone Disease Control
ProForce Tombstone Disease Control is a broad spectrum fungicide for use on lawns, azaleas, roses and ornamental garden plants.
It contains 200g/L Tebuconazole and 100g/L Trifloxystrobin, giving both systemic and surface protection activity for preventative and curative disease control when applied as directed.
In lawns, Tombstone Disease Control is used for listed turf diseases including Anthracnose, Brown Patch, Winter Fusarium, Leptosphaerulina, Curvularia and Dollar Spot. It can also be used on listed ornamental plants for diseases such as Azalea Petal Blight, Myrtle Rust, Black Spot, Powdery Mildew, Botrytis Blight, Grey Mould, Downy Mildew, Leaf Spots and Rusts.

Shake well before use.
Apply Tombstone Disease Control using a suitable sprayer or watering can with sprinkler bar, depending on the target disease and application method listed on the label.
For lawns, apply preventatively every 21 to 28 days when conditions favour disease development. For curative control, apply when disease symptoms first appear and repeat every 14 to 21 days as directed.
For Brown Patch control, use the watering can method to help wash the product into the crown and root zone.
Do not mow lawns for 7 days after application. Do not spray when rain is expected within 12 hours. Do not apply when soil is dry and plants are suffering from moisture stress, or when shade temperatures are likely to exceed 30°C.

Always read and follow the product label before use.
Do not mow lawns for 7 days after application. Do not spray when rain is expected within 12 hours. Do not apply when soil is dry and plants are suffering from moisture stress.
Do not spray when shade temperatures are likely to exceed 30°C. Do not use on edible plants.
Do not enter treated areas until spray has dried. Do not allow containers or spray to get into drains, sewers, ponds or streams.
Do not feed grass clippings from treated areas to poultry or other animals.
For ornamental plants, test on a small number of plants first to assess plant safety, as plant susceptibility can vary.
Store safely in the closed original container in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets. Do not store in direct sunlight.
Do not apply outside label directions.
