Pricing

By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay the listed price for each product at the time of purchase, along with any applicable shipping fees shown at checkout.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and policies.

Order confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from The Aussie Lawn. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything appears incorrect.

Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns

We may accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions

Returned products must be unused, in the condition received, and include all original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a change of mind return if the product is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.

Non returnable items

The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:

Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Opened or used products
Products not in original resalable condition

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

To request a return, email us at orders@theaussielawn.com.au with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@theaussielawn.com.au with your order number, photos if relevant, and a description of the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any store policy or warranty offered by The Aussie Lawn.

Warranty Claims

Making a claim

If you believe a product has a manufacturing fault or defect, email orders@theaussielawn.com.au with:

Proof of purchase
Date of purchase
Product name
Description of the issue
Photos or supporting information, where relevant

Warranty assessment

Warranty claims will be assessed based on the product issue, supplied information, and any relevant manufacturer or supplier guidance.

If a claim is approved, The Aussie Lawn will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another solution depending on the circumstances.

Warranty exclusions

Warranty claims may not apply where the issue is caused by:

Incorrect use or failure to follow product label directions
Misuse, neglect, alterations, or physical damage
Incorrect storage or handling
Plant or lawn damage resulting from improper product application
Normal wear and tear, where relevant

Product Use

Many lawn care products must be used carefully and according to label directions. Customers are responsible for reading and following all product labels, safety directions, application rates, and suitability information before use.

The Aussie Lawn is not responsible for lawn, plant, property, or equipment damage caused by incorrect use, over application, unsuitable conditions, or failure to follow label directions.
