Shipping Costs

Why we charge shipping

Many lawn care products are large and heavy, which can impact courier pricing. Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Where possible, we subsidise part of the freight cost to help keep shipping fees down.

No hidden fees

We do not hide shipping costs inside product prices. Product pricing and shipping costs are shown separately so you can clearly see what you are paying for at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.

Shipping duration

Delivery generally takes 2 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier network.

Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and delivery updates by email.

Delivery Requirements

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

A street address and contact phone number are required at checkout.

We may contact you if delivery information is missing or unclear.

Warehouse Pickup

Brisbane customers can save on freight with free pickup from our Rocklea warehouse.
