We accept the payment methods available at checkout, which may include PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything appears incorrect.

4. Shipping and Pickup

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout where available.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier network conditions, and product availability.

Brisbane warehouse pickup may be available for eligible orders. Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the warehouse.

5. Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Downloadable or digital products, including digital lawn plans, are not eligible for change of mind returns once accessed, downloaded, or supplied.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
