ProForce Cortex Duo Herbicide
ProForce Cortex Duo is a non selective residual industrial herbicide designed for knockdown and residual control of young broadleaf and grass weeds, suppression of established weeds and perennial species, and control of moss and algae.
It contains 525g/L Nonanoic Acid and 15g/L Oxyfluorfen. Nonanoic Acid provides contact knockdown activity, while Oxyfluorfen provides residual control for up to 3 months when applied as directed.
Cortex Duo is suited to listed industrial, commercial and non turf situations including paths, driveways, roadsides, around sheds, buildings, rockeries, tiled roofs, walls, nursery stock, orchards, vineyards and forestry situations where vegetation control is required.
Important: This is a non selective herbicide and is not suitable for use in the home garden. It may damage lawns, turf, garden plants and desirable vegetation.

Apply Cortex Duo using suitable ground spray equipment such as a boom sprayer or spot sprayer.
Ensure all target weed foliage is thoroughly covered. Cortex Duo is a contact spray, so partial coverage may result in partial control. Apply in sufficient water to achieve complete and even foliage coverage.
For best results, apply to young weeds at the early vegetative stage. Established weeds may require more than one application, with repeat treatment after around 14 days if required.
Do not spray if weeds are wet. Do not apply if rainfall is expected before spray deposits dry on plant surfaces. Do not water the treated area for 24 hours after application.
Do not allow spray to contact or drift onto plants, lawns, crops, gardens or vegetation you do not want damaged.
Important: Not suitable for use in the home garden.

70mL per litre of water
Spray to completely cover the weed surface.

7L per 100L water

Residual control:

This is a non selective herbicide. Do not apply to lawns, garden beds, desirable plants, crops, landscaped areas or vegetation you want to keep.
Important: Not suitable for use in the home garden.
This product may damage lawn and turf when used as a spot spray. Do not allow spray to contact or drift onto plants you do not want killed.
Do not spray if weeds are wet. Do not apply if rainfall is expected before spray deposits dry on plant surfaces. Do not water treated areas for 24 hours after application. Do not apply if heavy rain or storms are forecast within 3 days.
Do not apply unless wind speed is between 3 and 20km/h at the application site. Do not apply during surface temperature inversion conditions.
This product will irritate the eyes and skin. Repeated exposure may cause allergic disorders. Wear suitable protective clothing, chemical resistant gloves and face shield or goggles when preparing and applying.
Very toxic to aquatic life. Do not contaminate wetlands, watercourses, streams, rivers or drains with product or used containers.
Store safely in the original container in a cool, well ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not apply outside label directions.
